Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Janis Jean & Co currently offers domestic (USA) shipping only. Please email us for any international inquiries at support@janisjeanandco.com. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx within 1-2 business days of the order date. 

 

Receive FREE standard shipping on orders of $200 or more! The following shipping methods are available for all other orders:

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ($10): 3 - 7 business days (often 1-3 business days for tri-state (PA/DE/NJ) destinations)

EXPRESS SHIPPING ($28): 1 - 2 business days (U.S. ONLY)

Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Janis Jean & Co offers returns and exchanges within 15 days of the in-studio purchase or online order delivery date. 

After 15 days, exchanges are available for size only.

Returns and exchanges are only eligible for unworn products, and must be returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please see the below:

  1. Email us at support@janisjeanandco.com

  2. In the subject line of the email, please enter "Exchange - Order #" or "Return - Order #"

  3. In the body of the email, please provide your name and purpose of your return/exchange. 

Returns and exchanges are handled via email ONLY. Any order inquiries submitted via social media, text message or any other forms of communication will kindly be referred to support@janisjeanandco.com

Payment Methods

APPOINTMENTS POLICY

In-studio shopping or online order pick-up is available at Janis Jean via appointment ONLY. 

As for your appointment - things happen, we understand! To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call or text us at (215) 716-8241 at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Late appointment arrivals are provided a 15 minute grace period. If you are not present after this 15 minute period, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule based on the current appointment availability.
